紫陶街我喜欢喝茶，在曼妙的茶香中享受一份宁静，在婉转的韵味中寻找人生智慧。
记忆里，爷爷喝着大碗茶，老爸竟将茶汤拌饭。而我，也因为这些美好的记忆，选择了茶学。大学毕业，我并未如愿以偿与茶为舞。光阴过隙，弹指间十年。茶，这位故友，却从未离去。因为茶，我结实了很多志同道合的朋友。还记得一位美国朋友，初识他时他年仅22岁，说着一口流利的中文。“22岁，做茶6年？”我开始有些怀疑。然而他口若悬河地说茶解道，还介绍其他中国茶友给我认识，竟让我转而开始钦佩他。他很坚定的告诉我“你知道吗？是茶拯救了我”。 他们的故事，犹如一部部励志的小说，激励着我。而我，也因为这一个个故事，立志成为一个茶人，去影响更多的人喝好茶。
冲泡普洱，首选建水紫陶。建水紫陶源自千年文化古镇临安城，始于元末明初，素有“坚如铁，明如镜，润如玉，声如磬”的美誉。自古以来，临安城的文人墨客，挥洒泼墨，移字画于陶坯之上，这种以传统书法绘画为主要内容的装饰，使建水紫陶古貌淋漓，文艺盎然。建水紫陶因艺而珍，质地细腻，具有良好的保温性，含铁量高，泡茶易于扬香抑涩，令茶品优点更为彰显。
或许是第一次景迈茶带给我愉快的喝茶体验，对景迈茶情有独钟。景迈为傣语,即新城之意，位于北纬21°左右，地球的同纬度地区大多为沙漠和海洋，唯有云南澜沧江沿岸的这片土地是被绿色覆盖，景迈人终生与茶相伴，以茶为生，上树摘茶，下树唱歌。民间有云，班章为王，易武为后，景迈为妃。我所理解的妃并非低后一等，而是景迈茶香高水柔的特点，犹如一位优雅谦和的香妃。
茶之味道，由当时的人、茶、器、水、境、艺共同决定，只有了解一款茶的风格，顺应茶性，充分利用好六要素，才能展现茶之色、香、味、形之真味。从一叶普洱制作完成，到变为茶汤送入口中，这期间的存储、自然发酵、入壶、入杯都与茶器相关。而紫陶，恰好是它最好的归宿。今天我愿化作一位红娘，在他们分别经历了种种考验后，就此相遇，成就这份姻缘和美妙。
当普洱在紫陶壶中，经过热水的浸润，慢慢舒展开来，宛如一位古代佳人，缓缓抬起头，娇羞地看着爱慕的英雄。再经沸水，翩翩起舞，尽情展现茶汤之美，以此感谢英雄的欣赏和成全。当馥郁甘醇的茶汤入口时，您又会想起谁？是远方思念的爱人，还是久未重复的知己呢？
人生如普洱，唯有好的原料，经过精湛的工艺，存于适宜的环境，才可越陈越香。这期间有一定的必然性，亦有一定的偶然性。寓意无论是在顺境还是逆境，都需要有一颗平常心，有时不经意的错误虽然改变了人生的轨道，却能绽放出生命的另一种美。
“戏作小诗君勿笑，从来佳茗似佳人”，如果非要将女子比作佳茗，我更愿意做一名普洱一样的女子，不附庸风雅，不攀龙附贵，任青涩随时间变得甘醇，任浮躁随寂寞变得静谧，经岁月洗礼，芬芳依旧且温和柔美。

2 建水紫陶[jiàn shuǐ zǐ táo]: Jian Shui Purple Pottery
Jian Shui purple clay, one of the most famous four potteries, can be dated back to the late Song dynasty and became famous in the Qing dynasty. They are the perfect masterpieces combining both teaware and calligraphy, representing the unique traditional folk art of Yunnan’s Jianshui county.
Most of the works are purple, while Jian Shui pottery takes advantage of five-color clay which are red, yellow, purple, cyan, and white.
The whole process is done by hand and takes nearly a whole month. The special skills include painting on the pottery (泥上作画), carving and decoration (阴刻阳填), disordered calligraphy (残贴), glazeless polish（无釉磨光), etc. These processes result in the finest of Jian Shui pottery, known by the beautiful name of South Yunnan Red Jade.
3 景迈[jǐng mài]:
JingMai mountain located in south-western Yunnan, near the border of Burma, is the largest ancient tea park among the twelve famous tea mountains, coordinates: N 22° 10′ 26″ E 100° 28′ 49″. These ancient tea plantations are mainly distributed in the mountain area around 1250-1550 meters above sea-level, and are concentrated in three areas: Manggeng-Mengben ancient tea plantations, Jingmai Dapingzhang-Nuogang ancient tea plantations and Mangjing ancient tea plantations, the highest elevation reaches 1662 meters (Nuogang Mountain) and the lowest 1100 meters (Nanlang Valley). In a total area of more than 10 thousand MUs(1870 hectares), there are about 1.13 million ancient tea trees, among which the oldest tea tree has a history of 1400 years. Less than 10% of the tea trees are aged 500-1000 years, about 30% are 300-499 years old, and the average age of the tea trees in the entire biocenosis is about 200 years. The nominated area is not only the largest and the best-preserved ancient tea plantation area of the region, but also the largest ancient cultivated arbor tea plantation of the world.
Over more than one thousand years, native people have built a close and friendly interaction with the ancient tea plantations based on the discovery, cultivation and utilization of tea, thus forming a charming mountain settlement landscape and rich regional ethnic culture. Because of this, the Chinese government in 2013 applied for the “Ancient Tea Plantations of Jingmai Mountain” to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and this has passed the initial process, undergoing further steps.
4 戏作小诗君无笑，从来佳茗似佳人[xì zuò xiǎo shī jun1 wù xiào, cóng lái jiā míng sì jiā rén]: From one of the famous tea poems which characterises tea as a beauty, written by the well-known poet named Su Dong Po in the Song dynasty.
